2018 Cadillac CTS-V – 8 Things You Should Know

The engine that was implemented into the 2018 Cadillac CTS-V is taken from the Chevy Corvette Z06, and it has been slightly modified. Unlike in “The Big Nasty,” a nickname given to the Z06 by Mark Reuss, executive vice president of product development at GM, the same 6.2-liter supercharged LT4 V8 produces 640 hp in Cadillac – which is ten hp shy of its original output in the Chevy.
