Recently, Aston Martin has had some amazing projects. First of all, the new era begins for the sports cars with the Aston Martin DB11. Secondly, the British carmaker also announced the DBX crossover as well as an all-electric Rapide sedan, which will definitely be iconic. Last but not least, the 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S has been introduced, and it will come as a substitute to the standard Vanquish model.
Engine and Suspension
New Vanquish S will be equipped with the 5.9-liter V12 powerplant which will produce 580 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. The unit is combined with the eight-speed Touchtronic III automatic gearbox. The transmission has been overhauled, and the shifts will be faster while at low speeds the car will be more refined.

Moreover, a new damper and spring rates will be added to the suspension and to keep everything perfectly we are also getting anti-roll bar bushings. Because of this, the new vehicle will behave more like a sports car, but nothing will be taken away from the comfort that is also one of the priorities for British luxury brand.
2018 Vanquish S Cosmetic Changes
Most of the differences are in design, and the 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S will have some iconic details, not specific to the current version. Firstly, the new car will sport carbon-fiber-intensive aero kit. A front splitter and rear diffuser will be included in this package, and this may be the most notable difference. Carbon fiber is used all over the place, and you can see it on rear diffuser, front splitters, bonnet louvers and more.
In addition, the car will feature five-spoke alloy wheels. What is specific about these is that they are forged and diamond-tuned. Furthermore, you also get different painted graphic packs. In the cabin, Satin Chopped Carbon Fiber is found in the center stack whereas the “Filograph” quilted leather is used.
2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S Price
The 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S will start from $294,950 for the coupe version. The drop-top Volante will cost $312,950. Expect to see this one available from December.
