A really cool car arrives from Shelby, are you ready? The company has introduced the 2017 F-150 Super Snake, a vehicle which was inspired by the Mustang Super Snake. It is based on Ford’s popular model, F-150, the Super Snake comes with front fender vents, a new bumper cover and a ram air hood.
Furthermore, you can find a four-piece ground effects package, a painted tonneau, and a honeycomb mesh grille inserts. The Shelby F-150 Super Snake sits on large 22-inch chrome wheels, while there are also extended fender flares and a Borla dual exhaust system. Since it is Shelby we are talking about, this custom car cannot do without the usual Shelby badging and stripes.

The exterior of the car looks cool, but what happens to the interior? Well, it went through a modest overhaul, and you can find embroidered headrests and a Snake emblem on the center console, whereas special floor mats and an individually-numbered plate on the dash are also parts of the change.

Under the hood is where things get interesting. The 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake is equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 engine that features a supercharger, a billet throttle body, new fuel injectors and a high-performance air intake. Because of these specific revisions and upgrades, the complete output of the vehicle goes from 385 horsepower to more than 750 ponies.
Shelby kept us in the dark when it comes to the 0-60 mph acceleration of the truck, but what the company did confirm was that this pickup will be offered with both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive setup. Only 150 examples of the 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake will be assembled, and each will carry the price tag of $96,680.
