The 2017 Honda Odyssey will go on sale on December 19, and as we already know, the new model comes out with only a few minor changes. The starting price of this renowned minivan is $30,750 with a $900 destination charge included. There is no doubt that the sales of the new Odyssey will be high and one of the reasons for this is EPA fuel efficiency of 19/27/22 mpg.
Some of the main features that Honda offers in higher trims are a rear entertainment system, Sirius XM radio and an in-vehicle vacuum cleaner that comes with an extendable hose which will help you keep the interior tidy. As we know that most buyers of Odyssey will use it to transport kids and have large families that can be messy, this is quite logical and welcoming move by the Japanese company. The acoustic windshield option will from now on be offered on the SE and EX-L trims. The 2017 Honda Odyssey will sport a 3.5-liter V6 petrol engine that produces 248 hp and it is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, which is the only transmission available.
The EX and the SE trims cost $33,000 and $33,950 respectively. The next one is the EX-L, but besides this, you can opt for EX-L with RES and EX-L with Navi, and there is a difference in prices between these three models. The EX-L starts at $36,500 and if you want the one with RES you would have to add $1,600 to that price. The one with Navi is not much expensive, and its starting price is $38,500. Odyssey Touring and Touring Elite are on the top of the lineup with the price of the Touring trim is $42,755 while the range-topping Elite would set you back for $45,325.
