At the moment 2016 Honda Civic Sedan won the North American Car of the Year Award at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, Honda’s reputation and status in the market leaped. Time has come for the new 2017 Honda CR-V to hit the market, which is supposed to happen in the winter this year.

The fifth generation boasts an attractive design, fashionable interior, stretched version of the platform from the 2016 Civic and Honda’s first turbocharged engine.

The popular SUV will be bigger than the previous version, so now, there will be more space in the cabin. The legroom for the passengers on the rear seat is increased. The seats are stitched and an advanced soft-touch instrument panel has been added, all of which contributes to more elegant look.
Features
A 7.0-inch touchscreen powered by an Android-based operating system is located in the car and it navigation can be added to it. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration systems are also part of the infotainment system. The new car comes with the Honda Sensing suite, which includes adaptive cruise control, rear cross traffic, and blind spot warning systems as well as the collision warning.
A 2.4-liter inline-4 that produces 184 hp and 18 lb-ft of torque comes in the base LX trim whereas a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline 4 rated at 190 hp and 179 lb-ft of torque found its way to the EX, EX-L, and Touring models. CVT transmission will be standard across the range.
Price
The CR-V will be manufactured in factories in East Liberty, Ohio, Alliston, Ontario, Canada and Greensburg, Indiana. The price should be around $24,645. More details about the price will be available closer to launch.
