Ford comes up with many updates. First, they introduced the online configurator for the F-150 Raptor and now comes with fuel economy for its 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost with the 10-speed automatic.
We need to take a look at the EPA ratings for the 2015 Ford F-150 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost with the old transmission first. As for the RWD, the fuel consumption is rated at 24 mpg highway and 17 mpg city which is 20 mpg combined. On the other hand, we have 16 mpg city, 22 mpg highway which also combines it for 20 mpg for the all-paw model.

In the meantime, the 2×4 version of the 2017 Ford F-150 with the turbocharged engine and 10-speed gearbox reaches 18 mpg in a city, 25 mpg highway and 21 combined. The 4×4 model does not drink that much gasoline and it is good for 17 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, which makes it 20 mpg overall. Those figures are decent, considering that it is one mile per gallon less in the city and on the highway.
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor with the more powerful variant of EcoBoost V6 is rated at 15 mpg city, 18 mpg highway and 16 mpg combined. If you are looking to be economical the 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost with 6-speed transmission is the way to go.
