If you planned to order the 2017 Dodge Viper, you certainly know that it is coming to an end of production, but fortunate for those that want this car, it will be available again. Dodge has confirmed that the orders will reopen by the end of 2016. The automaker had to pause the ordering on October 7. The reason for this was to count how many cars the company can produce for the next year. Note that this is the final production year of the famous Dodge Viper.

Dodge Kuniskis, the Dodge chief, thought that it was essential for the company to pause ordering. The demands for this model are high so they needed to see whether they can produce that many cars.

He told The Detroit News: “We actually had to shut down the ordering because we outran our headlights. We didn’t know if we were going to have enough parts to build all the cars that people ordered. The demand for ACR is off the charts — way more than we ever expected. We are close to opening it back up now that we know how many more we can build. They will sell out quickly.”
