13Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks

Here’s another great Super Bowl appetizer. Take a look at the ingredients you need for this one:
½ c hot sauce
½ c butter
¼ tso Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
¼ tsp salt
1 clove garlic crushed
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 bunch celery cut into 2-3 inch long pieces
1 lb cooked chicken shredded
Ranch/ green onions (optional)
Preparation:
- Put hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, cayenne, and salt in a saucepan and heat (over medium heat).
- Whisk the mixture constantly until it reaches the boiling point.
- Next, turn off the heat and add cream cheese, again, whisking while adding.
- Put shredded chicken in the sauce.
- Use 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken to fill each celery stick. Add ranch dressing and green onions on top if you want.
