¼ tso Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

¼ tsp salt

1 clove garlic crushed

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1 bunch celery cut into 2-3 inch long pieces

1 lb cooked chicken shredded

Ranch/ green onions (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Put hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, cayenne, and salt in a saucepan and heat (over medium heat).
  2. Whisk the mixture constantly until it reaches the boiling point.
  3. Next, turn off the heat and add cream cheese, again, whisking while adding.
  4. Put shredded chicken in the sauce.
  5. Use 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken to fill each celery stick. Add ranch dressing and green onions on top if you want.
