Tuck your desired taco ingredients into pastry and enjoy your snack
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry, thawed
2/3 cup water
Directions:
- Warm the oven to 400ºF. Place two baking sheets along with parchment paper and put it aside.
- Use a big frying pan for cooking milled beef until it loses its pink color. Put taco spices together with diced tomatoes, green chiles, and water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and then put aside.
- Divide each pastry sheet into 9 squares.
- Put the taco meat down diagonal center of each square and place shredded cheddar cheese on the top. Fold the squares so that the meat and cheese stay inside the rolled pastry. Place them on the baking sheets.
- Let them bake in the oven 15-18 minutes until they get deep brown.
