If you like fried food, then this is a perfect snack for you.

Ingredients

1 recipe baked macaroni and cheese or a 9 X 13 pan of your favorite recipe, chilled and refrigerated overnight

2 8.5 ounce Kettle Brand Potato Chips, any flavor

2-3 eggs

6 cups canola or peanut oil

Prepare yourself the macaroni and cheese and leave it in the fridge for the night.

Using a 1½-inch scoop or a 2 tablespoons of macaroni and cheese, make 2-inch rounded balls of macaroni and cheese while you press it gently and delicately.

Take a gallon freezer bag and fill it with 2 cups of each flavor of potato. In order to get them crushed into small pieces, use a rolling pin and roll it over the chips. Fill the freezer bag with more chips and crush as long as you can.

Take the crush chips and move it to a bowl or plate. Then take another bowl throw in two eggs. Make sure you whisk the eggs in the bowl for one minute. Put the balls of macaroni and cheese into the bowl of eggs and then move it to potato chips. Roll it in the chips until they get crusty. Repeat the process until you get 10-12 balls.

Prepare a pot of heating oil. When the oil reaches 350 degrees F put 6 balls into the pot and leave them there for about 3 minutes 30 seconds until they become goldish. When you remove them from the pot place them on paper towels until they drain and serve them warm.
