Lex Luger is famous for chasing paper. He started wrestling for the NWA, but then he switched to WCW where he spent five years of his career. But then, a vacant spot appeared in the WWE with the departure of Hulk Hogan, and the company paid a decent amount of money to Lex.
However, things have changed, and Luger left the WWE for WCW because he got another generous offer from Eric Bischoff. This was probably a dream job for Luger. He became one of the top-paid WCW stars, whereas his battles and performances in the ring were far from legendary.
