10Coffee boosts energy for the next-day
One of the studies that were delivered by Journal of Applied Physiology suggests that glycogen ( the storage form of carbohydrates that our body uses), is faster filled when you consume caffeine and carbs after hard training. The research concluded that those are providing about 66% of muscle glycogen four hours after exercise. This is important to know and means that you are filling that energy storage with more juice that will allow you to go longer and harder the next day when you hit the gym.
