11. Why Cannot we walk in a straight line when we don’t have our sight?
When you put something to cover your eyes, you will not be able to walk in a straight line. Try it – just close your eyes, walk for a while somewhere where it is safe, of course, and you will be surprised to see that you have gone off your desired course. If we don’t have a clear target, we will most likely keep spinning in circles.
Scientists tried to discover why this happened, but even after they conducted experiments, they couldn’t find proof. There are some theories which are wrong, and that has been proven by tests. Some believe that it has to do with our brain dominance, whereas the others think that the length of our legs plays a certain role. Whatever it is, we would like to find out, but we will have to wait for the answer.
