Whoever came up with the idea to put The Rock and Billy Gunn in the ring was probably under the influence. This attempt to create the feud between two wrestlers worked against the careers of both while The Rock looked disinterested. The SummerSlam match was all we got, after which The Rock had another ill-designed feud, this time against The British Bulldog.
